I shop for the freshest produce and highest
quality meats available just as I would if I were shopping for my own family.
The Menu
I have created a wonderful seasonal menu. This menu can be customized to suit your dietary needs – low fat,
low calorie, low carb – and personal tastes.
I will review all entrée and side dish
options with you and evaluate any favorite recipes you may have.
Special Diets
I am happy to consult with your dietitian or
nutritionist for an additional fee of $25.00 per chef date.
Fee Schedule
All entrées are prepared in quantities of 4
servings each. Entrées include one side dish unless starch and/or vegetables
are included in the entrée recipe like beef/vegetable stew.
The fees do not include the cost of
groceries and start from $250 per chef date.
Cooking Classes
My Chef
offers in-home cooking classes and demonstrations for a fee of $50 per hour
plus the cost of groceries.
Gift Certificates
My Chef
Gift Certificates are always a welcome gift for new parents, busy families,
senior citizens, beginning dieters, recuperating patients, or anyone on your
gift list who appreciates good food. Gift Certificates start at $300 and
include cook fee and groceries.
Dinner Parties
My Chef
will help you plan in-home dinner parties, birthday parties, graduations and
other celebrations. The initial consultation fee is $50 and fees are
determined after our meeting based on the selected menu and labor required.
