My Chef prepares custom menus created to suit your specific tastes and dietary needs, using only the freshest ingredients possible.  After shopping for all ingredients, My Chef prepares all meals right in your own home (bringing all necessary cooking utensils), and completes meal preparation cleanup.  Your meals are then packaged for your refrigerator - with instructions for freezing or reheating.
